Who we are
We are a bilingual team of IT and security professionals based in San Juan. We run a 24/7 Security Operations Center with our XDR partner, three around-the-clock analyst shifts, alongside a network operations and help-desk team, enhanced by specialized AI models and a central AI-powered SIEM for near real-time forensic detection across any vendor or brand.
Our clients include hospitals, physicians and pharmacies, credit unions and insurers, dealership groups, manufacturers, retailers and professional firms. Many of them do not have the budget for a full in-house IT department with the right qualifications. We provide that department, and the executive leadership to go with it.
Our mission
Make sure proper IT guidelines are followed, infrastructure and user engagement are maximized, unnecessary technology spending is prevented, and communication between business owners and every solution provider is clear. We aim to be a long-term partner, not a vendor on a purchase order.
